These data are collected and processed by META-LEGAL Société d’Avocats in order to study your application and enable us to decide if you fit the position/internship for which you are applying, and to manage the recruitment process, including in order to contact you to invite you for an interview. The data collected may, furthermore, and unless you object, be used to contact you again in the future if positions matching your profile become available.
This processing is based on your consent, as expressed when you click the “validation” button on the form.
If in the field provided for entering your message you enter data liable to be qualified as “sensitive data” with regard to the applicable regulations, by clicking the “Send” button on the form you explicitly consent to META-LEGAL Société d’Avocats receiving and processing such data in order to respond to you.
It is understood that under no circumstances does META-LEGAL Société d’Avocats either require or encourage visitors to provide so-called “sensitive” data via the contact form.
We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected.
If your application is selected and you are hired by META-LEGAL Société d’Avocats, your data will be retained throughout the entire duration of your presence in the company (the duration of your contract of employment or collaboration) and for the duration of the applicable limitation period (5 years after your departure), after which they will be deleted.
If your application is not selected, your data will be retained for 24 months, after which they will be deleted, unless you wish us to retain them for longer.
