Article 2– Definitions

In the General Terms of Use, words or expressions commencing with a capital letter have the following meaning:

In the event of a dispute between the parties in connection with the formation, interpretation, performance, and/or end of the contract, and after an attempt to find an amicable solution, jurisdiction is expressly attributed to the competent court of Lyon, notwithstanding multiple defendants, and even in the case of urgent or preventive measures, by application for summary proceedings or by petition.
